Our founder developed Simpl. Hydration + Aminos while training for his first Ironman triathlon when he was unable to find a quality supplement geared towards low-carb athletes that wasn't loaded with sugar. With that in mind, the groups who will benefit the most from Simpl. Hydration + Aminos are:

How + when should I use Simpl. Hydration + Aminos?

Simpl. Hydration + Aminos can be used as a pre, during, or post-training drink.

We have found that using our essential amino acids + electrolyte blend as a post workout recovery supplement works best for building lean muscle and improving athletic recovery.

Pre-Training:

We recommend consuming 1-2 scoops of Simpl. Hydration + Aminos 30 minutes before your training session(s).

During Training:

When being used for intra workout, we recommend sipping on 1-2 scoops of Simpl. Hydration + Aminos every hour of training.

Post-Training:

For post-cardio training, mix 1 scoop into 12-16 oz. of cold water.

For post-resistance training, we recommend mixing 2 scoops into 12-16 oz. of cold water.
