How + when should I use Simpl. Hydration + Aminos?
Simpl. Hydration + Aminos can be used as a pre, during, or post-training drink.
We have found that using our essential amino acids + electrolyte blend as a post workout recovery supplement works best for building lean muscle and improving athletic recovery.
Pre-Training:
We recommend consuming 1-2 scoops of Simpl. Hydration + Aminos 30 minutes before your training session(s).
During Training:
When being used for intra workout, we recommend sipping on 1-2 scoops of Simpl. Hydration + Aminos every hour of training.
Post-Training:
For post-cardio training, mix 1 scoop into 12-16 oz. of cold water.
For post-resistance training, we recommend mixing 2 scoops into 12-16 oz. of cold water.

Formulated, Tested and Proven by an Ironman Triathlete
When training for my first Ironman triathlon I tried just about every supplement out there. Halfway through the journey and hundreds of dollars later, the biggest result was an angry, destroyed gut and brain fog. I remember thinking, I thought you were supposed to load up on carbohydrates for endurance sports. I knew I had to make a change when I stopped in the middle of a training run feeling like my insides were making a mad-dash for the nearest exit. Desperate to find a better solution to not only support my Ironman training, but also help me feel better throughout the day, I sought out for an alternative. I obsessed over research, personally testing each formula iteration myself and went back to the drawing board a number of times until finally landing on our blend of essential amino acids (EAAs) and electrolytes. I felt like I discovered a new secret weapon. The electrolytes and EAAs helped hydrate and energize my body during training sessions, and were the perfect post-recovery to build lean muscle, reduce muscle soreness, and support athletic recovery to keep me progressing in training every day.
